MICRONEEDLING

WHAT IS MICRONEEDLING?

Using very fine needles, we will cause tiny punctures in the skin, this will stimulate the collagen healing process which in turn will correct flaws and improve the skin quality. If you suffer from acne and the spots that are left after a breakout, then microneedling will help the appearance of these spots. It can be done all over the body to reduce scars, encourage hair growth and boost collagen thus aiding in reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and stretch marks.

You will notice that your skin improves in tone and texture only a few days after the treatment and the skin will continue for 4 - 6 weeks to improve as the collagen is boosted through the body's natural healing process in response to the treatment.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Hundreds of microneedle impressions will be made on the skin which creates microinjuries and prompts the healing process thus delivering a collagen boost.

HOW LONG DOES MICRONEEDLING LAST?

The results should last for about 3 - 5 months however it is dependent on the degree of skin concerns and how long new collagen lasts in the skin, milder concerns can have longer-lasting effects.
